Excellence Star Brazil 2025 Award, Presented by IBQE, Recognizes UniSafety’s Leadership in Machine Safety and Applied Engineering
UniSafety NR-12 Solutions begins 2026 celebrating an important milestone in its history: receiving the Excellence Star Brazil 2025 Award, presented by the Brazilian Institute for Quality and Excellence (IBQE) during a ceremony held at the end of 2025. The award recognizes companies and professionals who stand out nationally for excellence in management, technical quality, innovation, and consistent results.
For UniSafety, the award represents much more than an institutional achievement. It objectively validates more than a decade of work focused on machine and equipment safety, strict compliance with NR-12 requirements, and the delivery of technical solutions aligned with national and international best practices.
The Excellence Star Brazil Award recognizes organizations that transform processes, technical expertise, and management into real value for the market. Through this recognition, UniSafety joins a select group of Brazilian companies that treat excellence as a daily practice rather than simply an aspiration.

The Founders’ Perspective: Excellence as a Practice Since Day One
During the award ceremony, Managing Partners Carlos Stachuk and Guilherme Neto emphasized that the recognition is the direct result of a decision made at the very beginning of the company’s journey: a commitment to technical excellence in everything they do.
Carlos Stachuk, Production Engineer, Occupational Safety Engineer, and Managing Partner of UniSafety, reflected on the approximately 15-year journey that led to this achievement:

Guilherme Neto, Mechanical Engineer and Occupational Safety Engineer, highlighted that the award confirms a value that has always been at the center of the company’s mission: “More than an honor, this award confirms that the pursuit of excellence produces tangible results. From the beginning, we embraced this commitment as a core mission of the company. More than a decade later, this recognition shows that we are on the right path.”
The founders’ statements reinforce a central element of UniSafety’s culture: excellence as a practical value applied to every project, risk assessment, machine compliance initiative, and safety solution developed.
Technical Expertise That Supports the Recognition
The award also reflects the strong technical background and professional achievements of UniSafety’s founders. Guilherme Neto is a Mechanical Engineer and Occupational Safety Engineer, holds a master’s degree in Safety Sciences, serves as an engineering professor, and is pursuing a doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States. He represents ABNT in ISO 12100 discussions, has authored national and international publications, has experience in projects conducted in Brazil and abroad, and has accumulated more than 1,400 Technical Responsibility Annotations (ARTs). He is also the inventor of an educational training bench for machine safety system categories.
Carlos Stachuk, a Production Engineer and Occupational Safety Engineer, has been practicing professionally since 2004 and has dedicated himself exclusively to machine and equipment safety since 2009. He is responsible for UniSafety’s commercial management and provides strategic support to the technical departments, ensuring the quality and consistency of the services delivered.
This combination of advanced technical knowledge, practical experience, and structured management supports UniSafety’s leadership in the fields of machine safety, NR-12 compliance, applied engineering, and regulatory adaptation.
